20/leg banded squat walks (not the technical name!)

20/leg curtsy squats

20 push-ups

25/leg flutter kicks

Cool down:

20 minute swim in pool

Warm Up:

2 rounds of:

Row 500 meters while holding a steady pace (for me, this was a 2″ pace)

Workout:

4 rounds of :

20 goblet squats

10 box jumps

60 sec. plank

Workout:

5 rounds of:

50 squats

20 lunges

35 push-ups (I did calf raises because of a wrist injury)

1 round of:

4-100 meter sprints

Cool Down:

Take a 25 minute walk

Warm-Up:

6 rounds of:

sprints– 10 sec. on/20 sec. off

Workout:

6 rounds of:

15 air squats

15 jumping jacks

5 vertical jumps

Cool Down:

20 minutes, medium-pace walk on beach

Warm-Up:

15 burpees

5 minutes stretching

Workout:

2 rounds of:

50 sumo jumping jacks

50 weighted step-ups (I used a 20lb kettlebell in each hand)

25/leg weighted lunges (I used a 15lb kettlebell in each hand)

50 air squats

3 rounds of:

10 bicep curls (15 lb dumbbells)

10 flys (10 lb dumbbells)

10 bent-over triceps extensions (10 lb dumbbells)

Skill Practice:

15 Power Cleans  (55 lb. practice bar)

Cool Down:

3 rounds of 1 minute plank

15 pushups
