I squeezed in a sweaty workout with Mark.
Then, that evening, my friend Catherine needed to buy a TV in time for the Superbowl, so we headed to Costco. We were STARVING once Catherine decided on a (big) TV and squeezed it into Mark’s car so we decided to check out Moxie, a new restaurant in the area. It was PHENOMENAL! Grass-fed beef (!!!!), locally sourced seafood and vegetables. Amazing cocktails. A fun vibe. If you’re in the St. John’s Town Center area— go there! You’ll probably see me and Mark there. We will be there often!
GO HQ hosted a lululemon athletica trunk show followed by a free boot camp class. Both were HUGELY successful. I can’t wait to do it again!
I prepped all 3 meals for Mark and I for Monday and Tuesday (a super busy week calls for lots of extra preparation!) plus made chocolate chip cookies, cut up our weekly salad veggies, and portioned out snacks. Then we headed to my family’s house to watch the Super Bowl. Leftovers for dinner, PJs, and low-key…it’s my kind of Superbowl watching!
