WP Engine: Looking to start a blog of your own? I totally recommend WP Engine. My husband moved me over to them after using a cheap host for a few years. The difference I’ve noticed in the speed of my site is incredible! In case you were wondering, The Funky Fork is built on WordPress.org.
Hemlock Theme by Solo Pine Designs: While exploring Themeforest.net, my husband and I fell in love with this theme created by Solo Pine Designs called Hemlock. After a few small customizations to Funky Fork-ify it, we were ready to go live. I highly recommend purchasing a quality theme and doing it right the first time around. There is a difference between the free and pay themes!

I believe everyone should take a quality fish oil supplement, drink a warm mug of magnesium before heading to bed, drop some good Vitamin D into their mouths, and pop some quality selenium, folinic acid (notice I did not say folic!), B12 supplements, and K2 supplements.

I’m not the biggest protein powder fan in the world– I would much rather eat my protein. However, on days when I need to supplement, here’s what I use and also recommend to ALL of my clients:

(non whey-based) Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (the benefits of this supplement far outweigh additional protein in your diet–read up on it! It’s amazing!)
I live in lululemon athletica.
(I feel that lululemon clothing runs small so I size up from my normal sizes on almost everything. Full disclosure and point of reference: I’m 5 feet, 6.5 in tall. I weigh exactly 128 lbs and my measurements are 34-26-35. I generally wear a size 4 or 6 regular in lululemon clothing- bottoms and tops)

Thayers Alcohol-Free Witch Hazel Toner with Aloe Vera (Always use a toner to clean those pores! This stuff is incredible!)
I apply Neem Oil as needed on breakouts
I use Burt’s Bees Facial Towelettes to wipe sweat off my face immediately following a workout (I’ve found this to be one of the best ways I’ve been able to prevent breakouts– don’t let sweat dry on your face!)
I shampoo my hair roughly every other day. If I shampoo it more than that it gets ultra dry and wire-y.
