I wanted to share this lower body workout with you. I did it today in an effort to burn out my lower body– and that, it did!

Vega has recently launched a complete line of bars – VegaOne All-in-One Meal Bar, Vega Snack Bar, Vega Sport Energy Bar and Vega Sport Protein Bar.
I really enjoyed the Vega Snack Bar in Dark Chocolate Mixed Nuts & Sea Salt the most! I have better workouts when I eat roughly an hour to an hour and a half prior to working out, So of course these bars were my obvious choice. Satisfying, easy & on-the-go, and I really felt sustained through my lifting and circuit-training workout! It was chocolate-y, salty and sweet– which is the lethal combination in a snack that I constantly crave (and try very hard not to give into). Thankfully this was one sweet/salty snack that I could feel good about!
For the past week, I’ve had a bar ready to run out the door with me for my afternoon workouts:
A great thing about the Vega bar line, though, is that it’s not just for snacking purposes! While, I’m not a huge fan of replacing meals with bars, the Vega One Bar was delicious and is a quality option! As an after-workout protein boost, I found the Vega Sport Protein bars to be just enough to fuel me back up without ruining my appetite for dinner!
