The Twelve Days of Christmas Workout

Yay! Only 2 more sleeps until Christmas! I couldn’t be more excited! I really love this time of year…especially these couple of days just before Christmas!

Mark and I spent most of our weekend in Valdosta, GA visiting with my dad’s side of the family. I hadn’t seen those particular grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins in a while so it was really nice to get to catch up and eat good food with them.

After returning from Valdosta on Saturday night, Mark and I decided to spend one more night at my family’s house then get up and have breakfast with his family Sunday morning. A big plate of eggs and bacon, four loads of laundry, one Jaguars’ loss, and a small amount of meal-prep later, our weekend had come to a close. 

Now it’s back to normal life, for one day at least. I’m in the Young Life office all day then off to teach a class at GO HQ tonight. The rest of the week will be spent celebrating Christmas with our very large families then traveling to New York City for a little down time. 

I leave you with a sweaty Christmas workout–if you’re anything like me, you need a good workout to work off all the Christmas cookies and eggnog you’ve been eating and drinking! (I adapted this workout from the Cody app.)
