Today’s post is all about looking good in the gym (or wherever you work out) while sticking to a budget.
While I am a lululemon lover at heart, I know their items are pricey and not always feasible for a lady on a budget (like myself–as I mentioned in this post, I sometimes have to save 2+ months in order to purchase my work gear from lululemon!). So…this is where Arden, the blogger behind lifeviastyle.com comes in!
She’s a total rockstar when it comes to looking put together while making sure not to break the bank! Check out her wallet-friendly workout gear options below!
With all of life’s expenses it can be hard to justify spending money on workout clothes. In the age of $100 leggings it can be easy to believe we have to spend a fortune to look good at the gym. Luckily that couldn’t be further from the truth. Although those $100 leggings are oh so fabulous, there are plenty of equally fabulous options that won’t break the bank!
It turns out what we wear to the gym can actually affect our performance, or if we even exercise at all! According to performance coach Larina Kase “Putting on a flattering outfit motivates people to actually go to the gym or to exercise” By investing in workout gear we love we can gain so much in the way of motivation and confidence!
Thankfully major retailers are catching on and creating budget friendly athletic gear. Places like Old Navy and PlanetGear.com are providing tons of stylish items for as low as $10!
If you don’t have much to spend focus on a few items in a compatible color scheme so you can mix and match.
