So…Mark’s really sick. I know this because he opted out of our workout today and he NEVER opts out of workouts. I hate it so much. Not because I want him to work out, but because I hate to see him suffering. Poor guy :(. He’s ultra healthy so I know he’ll bounce quickly. We didn’t get him started on any zinc and vitamin C regimen when he started feeling flu symptoms (oops!) so in the meantime, he’s taking:

He’s drinking a ton of water and resting…hopefully this subsides soon!
On to a totally different topic– I came across these 3 interesting articles the other day and thought I would share:

Last, my buddy Civilized Caveman (note: we don’t actually know each other, but I know that if we met, we would be friends!) whipped up a recipe over the weekend for Paleo Nutella. Ok, here’s the problem though: as with the store-bought stuff, how do I keep myself from eating the entire batch? I understand self-discipline…blah…blah…blah, but seriously, this stuff is dangerous (in the best way possible!).
